THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.5156 OF 2022 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail of the petitioner/A3 in crime No.523 of 2022, on the file of Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Malkajgiri Division.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A3 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's father died today i.e. 17.06.2022 at 05.16 a.m. and also filed certificate of the Xenia Hospitals which states that he was brought dead. Petitioner seeks interim bail to perform the final rites of his father.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is allowed granting interim bail to the petitioner/A3 for a period of ten days i.e. from 18.06.2022 to 27.06.2022 subject to the petitioner/A3 executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for like sum to the satisfaction of XIX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

The petitioner/A3 shall surrender before the XIX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, on 28.06.2022 before 5.00 PM.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
