It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of the writ petition is suspension of the petitioner from service.

2. As per the interim order dated 24.09.2012, the petitioner is reinstated into service and he is not pursuing the matter further.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
