THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.14056 and 14060 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are filed by the petitioner/accused, seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.Nos.348 and 345 of 2015 of East Police Station, Tirupati, respectively against her.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. Having heard the respective counsel elaborately, I feel they are not fit cases, where the investigation can be stalled at this stage. However, it is submitted that there are two crimes registered on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein, whereas the other complaint has been filed by one S.Padmanabhareddy. All the three crimes i.e., 339, 345 and 348 of 2015 are pending before the same investigating agency.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of directing the investigating officer concerned to investigate all the three crimes simultaneously and complete the investigation, within a period of two (2) months from today.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these criminal petitions shall stand closed.
