When the matter was listed on 13.08.2018, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was, therefore, directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today the matter is appearing under the said caption. In spite of the same, none appears for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. This indicates that the petitioner herein is not interested in prosecuting the case.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for default/nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
