This writ petition is filed by the petitioners to declare the action of the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, in not giving the new pattadar pass books along with cheques granted under Rythubandhu Scheme, in connection with land in Sy.No.61/2 to an extent of Ac.1-75 cents of Dummugudem Village and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, without giving any reasons, as illegal and void and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to handover the new pattadar pass books along with cheques. When the matter was taken up on 19.11.2019, there was no representation on behalf of petitioners and the matter was directed to be listed on 21.11.2019 under the caption for dismissal. Today also there is no representation on behalf of petitioners, even though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal.
