Bhosale) Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, at the outset, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was obliged to deposit tax for last three years, as per the interim order, dated 17.04.2006, passed at the stage of admission, and till today he has not complied the order. Sri Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he is not getting any instructions from the petitioner. In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
