ORDER:

This company application is filed for the following substantive relief: ".....to pass an order restraining the Official Liquidator from initiating any measures for disposing of the Schedule Property bearing H.No.4-2-27, Patel Road, Madanapalli Town, Chittoor District, and pass such other orders....."

At the hearing, it has come out that in view of the adjudication already made by the Official Liquidator, there is no proposal for disposal of the property. Hence, this Company Application has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
