THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.18956 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

It is not in controversy that an identical issue relating to Survey No.74/7, Industrial Park, Auto Nagar, Tirupathi, came up for consideration in W.P.No.19479 of 2013, wherein this Court by order, dated 08.07.2013, has already considered the issue with reference to earlier orders and allowed the Writ Petition with the following directions.

"For the reasons alike as were mentioned in the order dated 25.07.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22642 of 2012, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject plots. In the event the said documents are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 4th respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the procedure."

In view of the same, following the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner in respect of Plot

No.256 in Survey No.74/7 of Industrial Park, Auto Nagar, Tirupathi. In the event the said document is found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 4th respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the document in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
