HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4323 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed an application on 29.09.2016 through Mee-seva for incorporation of his name in the web land register in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-62 cents in Sy.No.207-2 and Ac.0.44 cents in Sy.No.29-1C of Godugunuru Village, Badvel Mandal, YSR District. Bu the same has not been disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 29.09.2016 in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
