THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14199 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in FIR No.144 of 2015 on the file of Shankarpally Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3 (1)(x) of SCs & STs (POA) Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the de facto complainant went to the site situated in Sy.No.167, Plot Nos.3 & 4 of Kondakal village and started doing work and both the accused came to that place and abused him in filthy language by referring to the name of his caste, and they confined him for about two hours and threatened him to kill. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: The petitioners-accused are directed to surrender before the Court concerned and file an application for regular bail. On such application being filed, the Court concerned shall consider the same on the same day.
