HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3175 OF 2016 ORAL ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the death of sole revision petitioner occurred on 15.05.2017, as could be gathered from the First Information Report, where he died on account of unnatural death. The learned counsel also holds a copy of the FIR. In the fore-noon session, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner though, reported death of the sole revision petitioner, but he was not certain about date of death. For that sake, the matter has been passed over to take up at 2.30 p.m.

Since steps have not been pursued within the time prescribed, the present Civil Revision Petition abates and, accordingly, dismissed as abated.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
