When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw the case and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the case with a permission to file certified copies of the documents in the trial Court which are sought for in the petition u/ sec.91 CrPC to be called for from the bank.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with a permission to file certified copies of the documents in the trial Court which are sought for in the petition u/ sec.91 CrPC to be called for from the bank. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
