HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.19402 of 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in rejecting the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Panchayat Secretary in Khammam District by not treating the petitioner as a local to Peddapally District, as arbitrary and illegal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development informs the Court that the State Government had issued G.O.Ms.No.56, dt.22.10.2019 with regard to the above subject matter and with the issuance of the said G.O., the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also has not disputed the said fact.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the above said G.O.Ms.No.56, dt.22.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

AKS, J W.P.No.19402 of 2019 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
