THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8262 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 395 of 2013 on the file of Raidurgam Police Station, Khammam District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet before the Court of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendernagar and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 440 of 2014 (new C.C.No. 202 of 2015). It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trial on 09.10.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
