This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in insisting the petitioner to vacate from the properties admeasuring Ac.1-00 cents in Sy.No.515/13 & 14 and Ac.1-00 cents in Sy.No.449 situated in Kuppili Village, Etcherla Mandal, Srikakulam District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that before taking any action, respondent authorities would follow due process of law.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
