THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19413 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the crime against the 5th respondent basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.26.08.2019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.06.09.2019, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shankarampet-P.S., Medak District.

To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under.

"It is submitted that the petitioner Md.Abid Hussain gave a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Medak, on 26.08.2019 stating that his son Md.Saber Hussain is threatening and harassing him to share his own and hard earned money, further he stolen his shop keys on 15.08.2019 which he was sleeping and he is not returning the keys of his cloth shop and further stated that he is having danger to his life from him.

It is submitted that the same was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Shankarampet-A police station for causing enquiry and to take action, on receipt of the same the Station House Officer, registered a case in Crime No.73/2019, U/s.380, 323, 506 IPC of Shankarampet-A police station on 04.09.2019.

It is submitted that the case is under investigation for collection of evidence."

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
