HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1226 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondents have considered the cases of the petitioners and the 1st petitioner has come up within the zone of consideration and accordingly she was appointed to the post of Junior Panchayat Secretary vide proceedings dated 20.09.2019. Insofar as petitioner Nos.2 to 4 are concerned, they have not come up within the zone of consideration and therefore, their cases were rejected vide proceedings dated 12.02.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by the learned Government Pleader. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. If petitioners 2 to 4 are aggrieved by the rejection orders dated 12.12.2019, they are at liberty to challenge the same.
