The present Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking to enlarge him on bail in connection with Crime No.718 of 2016 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Hyderabad, on the file of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 302 r/w. Section 34 of IPC and Section 25(1) of the Arms Act.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent - State and perused the material on record.

Keeping in view the allegations made against the petitioner, which are serious in nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
