HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITON No.1250 of 2010 ORDER :

The present petition was filed questioning the order dated 24th August 2009 in I.A.No.399 of 2009 in O.S.No.536 of 2008 on the file of the VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, whereunder, the petition filed by the petitioner/defendant No.1 under Section 10 r/w.151 CPC seeking to grant stay of all further proceedings inasmuch as the suit being a subsequent suit to earlier suit O.S.No.197 of 2007 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam, was allowed.

This Court admitted the present petition on 23.11.2010. It is seen from the computer list that suit O.S.No.536 of itself was disposed of on 24.10.2011.

In view of the facts recorded above, the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
