CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 15529 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge them on bail in Crime No. 8 of 2016 of Maredumilli Police Station, East Godavari district, registered for the offences punishable under section 8 [c] read with section 20 [b] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Sri A Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/A-1 and A-3 seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
