HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20537 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have purchased land in Survey No.94, total to an extent of Ac.3.38 guntas situated at Khanapuram Haveli Village, Khammam Urban Mandal of Khammam District through registered sale deeds from its rightful owners and since then they have been in possession and enjoyment of the said property. While so, when the wife of petitioners' vendor filed an application before the 2nd respondent disputing the sale of the subject land by her husband and for deletion of names of the petitioners in the revenue records, the same was rejected by the 3rd respondent on 08.01.2016 vide Rc.No.B/3933/2014. Thereafter, petitioners made application on 11.01.2016 before the 3rd respondent to restore their names in the online pahanees in respect of the subject lands. As no orders are passed on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 11.01.2016, in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties, if any, and communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
