HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P. No.2934 OF 2018 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 19.04.2018 passed in I.A.No.460 of 2018 in S.O.P.No.438 of 2018 on the file of I Additional District & Sessions Judge Court at Guntur.

2. Heard both sides.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I am of the considered opinion that let the trial Court pass order in I.A.No.460 of 2018 in S.O.P No.438 of 2018. Till then, the letter dated 09.03.2018 will not give any effect.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
