Services of petitioner as Driver were terminated on the ground of unauthorized absence by order of Disciplinary Authority dated 12.7.2012. Appeal preferred against the said order was rejected by Appellate Authority on the ground that appeal was time barred, by order of Appellate Authority dated 9.7.2015. Aggrieved thereby, petitioner filed review/representation to the Regional Manager. Alleging inaction in considering his review/representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since petitioner claims that no orders are passed on his review petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Review Authority to examine the review petition and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided no orders are passed so far and subject to maintainability.
