The Court made the following: ORDER

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Court Act for non-implementation of the interim order granted by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.16733 of 2019, dated 16.08.2019.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the main Writ Petition i.e., W.P.No.16733 of 2019 was dismissed as infructuous on 20.o2.2020.

In view of the disposal of the main Writ Petition, no cause survives in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
