This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioner/A-2 in C.C.No.1821 of 2008 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, arising out of Crime No.876 of 2008 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Section 420, 418, 120B read with section 34 IPC. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
