CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.6734 of 2004 10.08.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash orders, dated 07.11.2003, in O.A.No.1234 of 2002 and dated 07.01.2004, in R.A.No.88 of 2003 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench. The petitioner also sought to declare order, dated 06.09.2002, in proceedings No.B.P.Con.563/08/99/1 of respondent No.4 as arbitrary and illegal.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.A.Ravi Babu, learned counsel representing Mr.Siva, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the latter has given up his brief. As the petitioner failed to make any alternative arrangement, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.8732 of 2004 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
