The Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of C.C.No.738 of 2013 on the file of learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyderabad, Ranga Reddy District registered against the petitioner/Accused for the offences under Sections 498-A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondent No.2. Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State/Respondent No.1 is present. 03.

Even on earlier occasion also, there was no representation from the petitioners. Even today, when the matter is posted under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and it appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
