Petitioner, who was working as contract Conductor in the 1st respondent-Corporation, was terminated by the 3rd respondent on 25.05.2013 on the ground of unauthorized absence. Petitioner's grievance is that she preferred an appeal to the 2nd respondent on 07.03.2017, but the said appeal is not disposed by the 2nd respondent till date. 2.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's appeal within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 07.03.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
