HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17039 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 08-05-2017 about the investigation to be conducted in Cr.No.225 of 2016 of Giddalur Police Station as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that charge sheet has been filed and the same is now pending vide PRC.No.26 of 2017. It is further stated that the said case is posted for hearing on 04-06-2018.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the concerned Magistrate shall take steps for committal of above PRC to the Court of Sessions as early as possible. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. Office is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the concerned Magistrate.
