ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.2 has not been considering representations dt.19.9.2015 and 15.10.2015 pertaining to alleged illegal constructions being raised by respondent Nos.3 to 6 over the properties forming part of house bearing No.55-2-304/1, Bheemavaram Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District. At the hearing, Ms. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, submitted that respondent Nos.3 to 6 have filed an application for grant of building permission, that as the Commissioner of respondent No.2 was on leave for fifteen days for personal reasons, the said application could not be considered and that in the meantime respondent Nos.3 to 6 have started raising construction. She has further submitted that as the Commissioner has returned from leave today, he will consider the application of respondent Nos.3 to 6 filed for building permission as well as the representation of the petitioners, take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioners within two weeks.

In the light of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to initiate appropriate action immediately, in the event it rejects the application filed by respondent Nos.3 to 6 for building permission.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.45649 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
