THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.630 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw A.S.No.189 of 2015 from the file of X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Chief Judge, City Civil court, Hyderabad to be heard along with A.S.No.253 of 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of the similar type of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
