THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5137 of 2007 ORDER:

None appears for the petitioner.

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the award, dated 17.07.2006 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapur, in I.D.No.170 of 2002.

On 23.06.2011, this Court permitted the petitioner to take out notice to the first respondent, who filed the said I.D., with default clause. The petitioner did not take any steps for service of notice on the first respondent. Therefore, in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the Writ Petition automatically stood dismissed so far as the first respondent is concerned. In view of dismissal of the Writ Petition for the first respondent, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
