Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 06.08.2011 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Medak, Medak district, attaching the lands pending final orders.

After filing the Writ Petition the said authority has passed final orders on 03.08.2013 declaring the first party, the petitioners herein are in possession of the disputed land in Survey No.216 (New) to an extent of Ac.44.10 gts., and entitled to retain such possession until ousted by due course of law.

In view of the said order, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition as it has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
