W.P.No.26874/2016 WRI T PETI TI ON No.26874 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) Aggrieved by the order of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal refusing to admit his application filed against an order of penalty of removal from service, a Village Revenue Officer has come up with the present writ petition.

Heard Mr. Mohammed Habeebuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana). 3.

The Tribunal did not go into the merits. The Tribunal dismissed the application only on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.

It appears that the petitioner has also now filed a statutory appeal. In the given circumstances, the disposal of the writ petition may take longer time than the disposal of the statutory appeal before the concerned authority. Therefore, in the interest of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority to entertain the appeal of the petitioner without reference to any delay and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks. 5.
