Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

The present complaint was filed on 13.06.2023 by the deceased father alleging that his daughter was given in marriage to A-1. A-1 was addicted to liquor and he was not doing any job. He was further harassing the deceased to get money. Though the de-facto complainant and others requested A-1/husband and this petitioner/mother-in-law, their attitude did not change.
