This petition is filed for the following relief; " .... to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.5 in failing to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.01.2018 sent under RPAD till date, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C. and consequently direct the 5th respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.01.2018 and to take up the investigation against the named accused mentioned in the complaint and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.01.2018, a case was registered in Crime No.241/2018, dated 08.06.2018 for the offences under Sections 427, 379, 506, read with Section 34 IPC.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
