This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 22 of the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, is directed against the judgment, dated 21.01.2015, of the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad, passed in R.A.No.31 of 2013.

By the said judgment, the learned appellate authority, while dismissing the appeal, confirmed the order, dated 08.02.2013, of the learned II Additional Rent Controller, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, passed in R.C.No.323 of 2010.

By the said orders, the Rent Controller permitted the respondent herein/tenant to deposit arrears of rent. 4.

The respondent herein filed C.R.P.M.P.No.4814 of 2015 seeking to record the compromise entered into between him and the petitioner/landlord and allow the C.R.P.

At the hearing, learned senior counsel appearing for the revision petitioner/landlord and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/tenant would submit that the parties have settled the matter amicably and as per the terms of the settlement, this Civil Revision Petition is to be allowed by setting aside the judgment impugned in the revision petition.

Recording the submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the judgment, dated 21.01.2015, of the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, passed in R.A.No.31 of 2013 is hereby set aside. As a sequel, the respondent/tenant is permitted to withdraw the amounts deposited by him to the credit of R.C.No.323 of 2010 on the file of the learned II Additional Rent Controller, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad without furnishing any security. C.R.P.M.P.No.4814 of 2015 is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
