This Criminal Petition is fi1ed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner/Accused, in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No. 180 of 2022 on the file of Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 41,7, 42O,46a,47O,471 of Indian t:
Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the notice under Section 4 1-A of Cr.P.C. is already given, however, the police are harassing the petitioner by calling the petitioner to the police station, regularly.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner is up to seven years, without going into merits of the matter, respondent - Police are directed to scrupulously follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P'C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kutnar u. State of Bihor, scrupulously. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously. Further, the concerned 1 (2014) B SCC 273
