The petitioners allege that the respondents 4 to 7, at the behest of respondent No.8, repeatedly harassing the petitioners by detaining them in police station to settle the civil dispute in favour of unofficial respondents, at that juncture, this writ petition is said to be filed. 2.

Assistant Government Pleader submits that the said allegation is false as the official respondents are not interfering and the petitioners were not detained as on today.

In view of the changed circumstances and as the litigation pertains to the year 2015, no cause of action survives regarding detention of petitioners, therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed.
