HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42587 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that petitioner's vendor S.Chandrasekhar Reddy purchased the land to an extent of Ac.1.37 guntas, situated in Survey No.707 and an extent of Ac.1.04 guntas in Survey No.743 of Shamshabad Village, Mandal and District under a registered sale deed dated 07.12.2001 vide Document No.5507 of 2001 and from him the petitioner purchased the aforesaid land under a registered sale deed dated 01.03.2004 vide Document No.1003 of 2004. Thereafter, the petitioner-company's name was mutated in the revenue records and also pattadar pass books and title deeds were also issued to the petitioner. While so, the petitioner made a representation dated 14.10.2016 requesting the 2nd respondent to enter its name in the online records in respect of the subject land. As no action is being taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that there are some litigations in respect of the subject property.

Since the application of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass orders. The 2nd respondent cannot

keep the application pending. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, and take action within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.01.2017 t k.
