This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent No.1 in fixing the trait value for Bollgard (BG)-II Technology on Bt Cotton Hybrid at Rs.49/- vide its notification S.O. 686(E) dated 08.03.2016 as illegal and arbitrary Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.03.2016 filed by the petitioners. Heard learned Senior counsel Sri C.V.Mohan Reddy for 2nd respondent.

Since the representation filed by the petitioners on 10.03.2016 is pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
