2016-08-29A.Rajasheker Reddy1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASEKHAR REDDY W.P.NO.28917 OF 2016

O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that his grandmother is the pattadar of the subject land and after her death, the petitioner's name was entered in revenue records, as legal heir. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the official respondents issued pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of unofficial respondents and though he made representation dated 14.6.2016 to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar for cancellation, the same is not being considered. Hence the writ petition. Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 provides for revisional jurisdiction against the entries made in revenue records and the petitioner is at liberty to avail the same. In view of alternative remedy available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
