WRIT PETITION No. 17296 OF 2018.

O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to declare the action of the fifth respondent in failing to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 29/01/2018 sent under Registered Post with Acknowledgment due till date, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29/01/2018 and 13/02/2018 respectively and take up investigation against the accused mentioned in the complaint and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [AP] appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted written instructions filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Machavaram Police Station, Guntur Rural District, stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, permission of the Junior Civil Judge's Court, Piduralla, a case in Crime No.54 of 2018 of Machavaram Police Station has been registered for the offences punishable under section 427, 506 read with section 34 of I.P.C., against Srinu Vaddavalli and others and took up investigation.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No costs. _____________________________ JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKAR REDDY.
