This Revision Case is filed against the docket order dated 24.01.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. (SR) No.231 of 2017 in C.C. No.170 of 2016 on the file of II Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram.

2) Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3) By upholding the impugned order of the lower Court, the revision is disposed of. However, the lower Court is directed to recall the warrant on his appearance as contemplated under Sections 88 and 89 Cr.P.C and on executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/ - (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned for future due appearance. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
