HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17220 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in not filing the final report/charge sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate in Crime No.81/2017 registered on the file of Meerpet P.S., Rachakonda. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent police are harassing and pressurising the petitioner to withdraw the crime.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that charge sheet is filed vide Inward No.5033/2018, dated 18.08.2018 before the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to take appropriate steps for getting the charge sheet numbered and also not to pressurise the petitioner to withdraw the crime.
