None appears for the petitioners.

Sri Ch.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, states that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioners' case for promotion to the post of J.A.O. was considered and they were promoted. The learned Standing Counsel would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not, therefore, survive and that the writ petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall be also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
