This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in interfering with the civil disputes and threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with the respondent No.6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that two cases are registered against the petitioner; and that except investigating into the said cases, the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
