HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.410 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of the interlocutory application No.3032 of 2008 in O.S.No.513 of 2008 at an early date. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material on record.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners herein have filed O.S.No.513 of 2008 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge(FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad against the respondents herein seeking perpetual injunction. Along with the suit, the petitioners herein filed I.A.No.3032 of 2008 seeking ad-interim injunction. The trial Court granted ad-interim injunction in favour of the petitioners on 19.09.2008. The only grievance of the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the said I.A.3032 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.3032 of 2008 as

expeditiously as possible, preferably, within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
