Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1, 3 and 4 and Sri T.Nageswar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in WP.No.26929 of 2016 and batch, dated 31.10.2016 and the same is not disputed by Sri T.Nageswar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Since it is stated that representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2018 is pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to take action and dispose of the same. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 17.03.2018 in terms of the Judgment of this Court dated 31.10.2016 passed in WP.No.26929 of 2016 and batch.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
