ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents seeking to cancel the contract in favour of the writ petitioner vide proceedings in No.C3/10[82]/08OPD[C] dated 10.07.2012 as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, contrary to law, in violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 and the constitutional guarantee contained under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and also short of the wenesbury principle and to issue the consequential directions."

At the hearing, Mr.Sarang J.Afzulpurkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 19.10.2012 is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.42362 and 45563 of 2012 and W.V.M.P.No.4205 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 18th June, 2015 GHN
